10.             Governing law in the event of a dispute

The governing law shall be French law.

 

IN CASE OF A DISPUTE CONCERNING THE INTERPRETATION OR EXECUTION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS OF USE, THE COMPETENT COURT SHALL BE DETERMINED WITH REGARD TO THE PROVISIONS OF ORDINARY LAW.
